Great blues song, that draws from the best of the tradition. Nice guitar and great vocals. The fact that you played every instrument gives this a very authentic sound. It is amazing that you can dreate this swing, even when you have to layer the instruments one by one. Great track!

whoa! what a great track. the sound is fantastic. oh how I struggled with mic-ing an amp and acoustic guitar, and still do. you are damn good at recording sir! very live feeling and of course, a very cool tune, too! my compliments to you and the crew.

Sensational performance by all band mates. You certainly captured that "Live" feeling even with the last snare hit at the end of the song. Love the chorus melody at the breaks....terrific solo. Well done guys.

Love that funky drum groove, yeah, this is stuff that I call my roots. Great sounding playing and vocals. I feel as though I've played this type song many times and you do a really fine job here with it. Very creative mix, love it!

I love this tune Dale. This is just killer with it's clean, sparse, perfection. You most definitely have achieved your goal of getting a "live " sound. Thought i was in the room with the band. Everything played so well and mixed and produced just right. Excellent guitar playing..loved the main riff..and your vox are spot on. I guess what i enjoyed the most was the "realness" of it all. That's getting rare these days.
Gonna add this to my "Treasure Chest" station of gems...

Excellent "live" performance simulation Kaul! Listening to the intro reminded me so much of Johnny Cash (just watched an old 1982 SNL show last night that Cash hosted). Of course, his vocals are a tad lower than ours :) Very well done!

Absolutely brilliant!! Really does sound "live". Top notch performance, superb writing and fantastic vibe. My kind of music...this is going to be another favorite.
I think the live performance really comes across in the vocals (which are awesome by the way). The guitar work is super. Very impressive music on your page Dale!
