Redid an old song ("Late Night Conversation") over a different beat. I kept the original hook & beat as an intro.

Lyrics
Intro: Every single night I lay back having conversations with myself Imagining there’s someone else. But it’s only me. Poetic Flow: Laying down with my eyes half-closed having conversations with a man dressed in dark clothes his face barely exposed only showing two eyes that glows in the candle light With slight fear I’m asking him when it’ll be my plight to take off of here and disappear into the dawning night I’m not eager to take an early flight but I want to be prepared so I wouldn’t be scared when the time is there to leave behind those who cared Throw away my f***ed up being on earth always on the run, been fleeing since birth not seeing what I’m really worth Sometimes I wish He would’ve taken me a long time ago so I wouldn’t have to deal with how I try to grow a flower searching for the light but caught in the falling snow Wishing for that one shiny ray of sun to fall upon the barrel of a gun pointed at my lung one squeeze and the problems are done. Hook (2x): I close my eyes only for a moment then the moment's gone. Poetic Flow: I’m sitting as I stare into his eyes to my surprise I’m revealing my thoughts to the darkened skies there’s no room for lies as I’m talking to the man who’s seen many people’s cries falling down on their way to doom His glowing eyes are piercing thru my room feeling like I’m caged, trapped in someone else’s tomb I’m filled with coldness in a blink desperately searching for the missing link it’s time to rethink as I overflood this paper with my tears of ink I’ve never been quick to plan ahead of time always falling two steps behind until survival instinct takes over my mind I stagnate, standing still in a sad state looking closely at my soul-mate knowing he’s the only one who can relate to what I’m feeling Stealing smiles, happiness is so appealing still I’m stuck between four walls staring at a dirty ceiling and I close my eyes for just a single moment. Hook (repeat till fade): I close my eyes Only for a moment then the moment's gone.
