Threshing Floor is Parish Ruth (vocals, guitars), Josh Ruth (bass), and Andy Covington (drums). This formation of the band began in early 2009. Parish and Josh are brothers while Andy joined thru a mutual friend at church. From there we continued to meet at least once a week on the weekends to fellowship, pray then play.

Story behind the song
I found healing in the words and revelation of Christ's will for my life. I found prayer and encouragement from family and friends. Simplified; my life is moment to moment - doing what I can in front of me while letting the rest go to God for his care. I can indeed feel His healing but this experience for me went beyond feelings. This song is a way for me to worship and thank God for His healing and forgiveness of my sins.
