Charlie Tucker's original tune, (Whoa) Oh,Veronica; performed by Clutch Draggin' & the Lug Nuts. Yep, that's Charlie on the vocals/guitar, Dennis on drums, Mark on lead guitar, and Andy on bass.

Three piece rock n' roll ensemble performing classic rock/surf hits from the 50's thru the 60 & 70's. You can also check us out on our FACEBOOK page!
This group formed as a request from Dennis Nultemeier to play a charity event for a local car club in support of the Community Food Bank. Three of us had never worked together before but we all felt that this was a worthy cause for us to support. Who knows? Maybe someday we'd need the food bank services ourselves; after-all we are musicians! We had a such a great time playing out together we decided to stay together and develop as a band. Our current repertoire is mainly classic rock/surf music from the late 50's through the early 70's with a very small smattering of classic country music; after all this is Tucson. and give us a "Like"

Story behind the song
Charlie has related this story line to the song to me... "Veronica was a pretty Christian singer I used to jam with. None of the stuff in the song really happened but I always imagined her as the type who could eat up a man and this is what being in her band would've been like. We were never intimate but, to quote Jimmy Carter, I lusted in my heart many times."
