Story behind the song
A very famous Iranian song from around the time of Prime Minister Mossadegh. The poem is supposedly an officer's last wish to his daughter as he faces execution. I just wanted to play my version of this beautiful tune. Few people know that Majid Vafadar - who composed many other "standards" - also composed Mara Beboos.
