Story behind the song
Basically, I felt that it was important for me to show that I could really sing, and sometimes my songs don't always let that shine through. So by doing this song, I'm getting to sing one of my favourite songs, and I'm getting to show what I can do vocally. It's a win/win. :) And although I am white, the song itself is a black-gospel song, and I sang it in sorta that style, so that's why I entered it under that category.
