Hi! Thanks for tuning in! My name is Marc and I'm a devoted guitar player for about a decade now. I'd like to use this channel to present my music to a wider audience. Albeit my musical roots are metal and hard rock, I like to take a more experimental approach to music and do not necessarily stick to the rules of one genre. I play all the guitars and bass and wrote all the parts for the drums and synths. I hope you like what you hear! The songs you currently find here are all part of a growing album I'm currently working at. I add new songs whenever I finish them, which is usually about every month, depending on my schedule. My recording gear was updated during the process and my abilities as a producer somewhat evolved. As a result the later pieces are more refined than the rougher earlier recordings. Once everything is done I will release the album as a free download! Enjoy! For higher audio quality visit my channel: Please visit my channel, too :)

Story behind the song
This piece of music is written for Cimmeria, a fictional land in Robert E. Howard's writings. Cimmeria is a dark and rough country, full of wild beauty and danger alike. It's harsh landscape is filled with rugged mountains and gloomy shadowy forests. Clouds pile forever on the hills, each hooded with snow. Silence fills the somber atmosphere unless it is broken by the clash of weapons when the clansmen make war. The rough and wild tribes of the Cimmerians live here, people of exceptional hardiness and military prowess. They can climb seemingly unscalable cliffs, track humans and animals with ease, and stalk their prey without making a sound. Although they are human, they are no less dangerous than the numerable beasts and even giants who inhabit the country of Cimmeria - a country that either makes a man strong or kills him. Enjoy the tune!!! :)
