Lyrics
RIKKI'S SONG Seems like a lifetime I’ve thought about you All my dreams - if you only knew So long ago seems like yesterday If I could see you again all the things I’d say I can see you everyday in my mind And I remember your black hair soft and fine The world was young and so were we When you touched my heart for all eternity *Rikki I sent this song to the stars *For the angels to carry to your heart *I asked the Higher Power divine *If I could just see you one more time ‘Causy, trendy’, “feperson’ those funny things you used to say Then we’d go down to The Crooked Dart every night to play I went to my magick friend - asked if she could help me Put your name in the prayer book for Buddha to see Rikki, your little lip would tremble before you started to cry You know I never, never wanted to say ‘goodbye’ No matter who you’re with - where you are Pretty Rikki you’re my forever Superstar **chorus** Copyright © 2000 Davy Shannon.
