Story behind the song
This song is an expression of how me and Tim have new lives thanks to Jesus Christ.
Tim's verse tackles a couple subjects that many Christians struggle with to some degree during their walk with Christ: Excusing your own sin because Christ already died for it and thinking it is just okay and acting just like the world.
In my verse, I wanted to get across how much God's been working in my life lately. It seems that a year or two ago, I was depressed non-stop and was so introverted I struggled with simple social interactions. Now, I'm still more on the introvert-ish side, but God has really used all kinds of things in my life to make me realize that my life is too good for me to be depressed.
I really hope this song encourages whoever may listen to it that God can do things in your life no matter what the circumstances.
