Story behind the song
When I work with a melody, which is most likely to become an instrumental, there is always a goofy line that floats through my head which kind of holds things together while working through different parts. These lines have nothing to do with anything, they just help the process move forward. Generally, the title for an instrumental comes from this. For reasons unknown, the line for this song was....well, I'm not going to tell you, only to say that it had to do with pork chops and that's where the title came from.
