I played with a Spanish folk mass group for a while which was an interesting experience.. Muy Interesante :) .. We do a wide range of material from Irish to country, bluegrass, rock, some blues, a spice of variety and we can do kids' shows too..

Story behind the song
Written for the actress Jenny Wright, star of the cult classic film "Near Dark", a story of modern day vampires.. Jenny 'disappeared' from the public eye in recent years but heard a clip of the song and emailed the band a note of thanks.. Her mom said she is alive and well but not ready "to emerge from her shadows" yet and not making any movies or TV shows at present... Craig Simmons added guitar and bongos on this version.. Characters in the song are from the movie.. Jenny played Mae, the beautiful and seductive vampire.. Caleb was her 'human" "love" interest.. Loy was Caleb's father and Sarah was Caleb's adolescent sister.. Jesse, Diamondback, Homer and Severen (Bill Paxton) were the vampire "family".. cool movie.. some say the best "vampire" film ever made!.. Performed by Callian's Dream..
