Story behind the song
this is the song that was most requested when playing for my highschool friends, it's always dedicated to them.
Lyrics
I think I know now, how well you know me, and all the things you said were in store for me, but I'm not the type of girl, who will fall for you. I'm going to miss you, when will you do, your dreams of a coffee shop or record store, with your guitars too. And you throw a pillow at me, and it's there I'm happy, and I throw another tantrum, I've forgotten how far I've come, I've spent nights crying cause I'm lonely, when you were, thinking about me all along. The usual, saturday nights, we go to the gate, and then we have another fight, I smile cause I know everything will be alright. Lying back on the grass looking at the stars trying to pick out which one should be ours, well I must admit I don't want things to change, soon it will all be gone, I don't want you to leave. and you throw a pillow at me, and it's there I'm happy.
