A song about a not-very-good songwriter who is desperate to break into the country music scene and get his songs accepted by a Nashville publisher.

Unsigned UK country singer songwriter based in the South East of England.
I am solo artist, resident on the South East coast of England, performing mainly Country & Western style music at small acoustic venues around England and the USA. I have written some of my own songs over the past couple of years but I mainly do covers of well-known songs from traditional country artists such as Hank Williams and Jimmie Rodgers. I am available for small clubs, pubs, etc., who have their own P.A. systems or where no P.A. is needed as I do not carry my own equipment.

Story behind the song
This song came into my head one morning as I was waking up, and I finished it while driving to see my family that same morning. When I got home, I wrote it down and recorded it! It is intended as a spoof on the various cliches applied to country music by people who are not fans of the genre.
