Story behind the song
TIMELINE already has quite a history. My first "demo" version was originally uploaded summer '02 to Broadjam.com where it spent several months in the Top-10 for its genre. This past fall, it was picked up by a company that makes compilation disks to be sold for charity (off my mp3 site, believe it or not). The disk, called "Rock The World" will be released in May '04 and will include songs from some of the major artists of our time in addition to songs from unknown independents such as Fremont John. It will be heavily marketed in all the major markets in the USA and will be sold in all Walmarts, Best Buys, Circuit Cities, etc. Go to http://www.showgigs.com for more.
This version of TIMELINE was recorded in NYC at Pyramid Studios with Larry Baeder (Carly Simon, Bo Diddley, The Neville Bros) producing. The players are major studio players including:

I am currently in the pre-production stage of my next CD (no title yet). I leave for NYC this Thursday (2-26-04) to begin actual recording. The CD will have most of the above musicians except that FERNANDO SAUNDERS will be on bass. The disk is scheduled for release by the end of July 2004.
