Story behind the song
The song "Go" came by inspiration an afternoon in about 25 minutes but took days to finish complete. It was arranged and the instrumentals are done by Darrel Daniel. The song came out of the Spirit showing me in 2000 that the church was dormant and the vision for my life and ministry without walls began.
Lyrics
[ Verse 1 ] Arise young man and lead young woman. Your emergence from the word of God has cloth you with power from God's calling. Young people let's now do what God would want us to. Let's not give up allegiance to his kingdom to which we are living. [Chorus] Can we rise up from this place and show our neighbour the power of grace. Let's get involved in helping them. When people see we care about them that's when they see God's face. [Verse 2] Let's stop playing around. If we believe we're heaven bound then people lean your hearts now to the Spirit and answer His pleading. Inside we all sing but outside God is calling. A church is not a building it is the people so let us get going. [ Chorus ] (repeat)
