Another example of some stuff I've been working on. I've been learning to love samplers! This was all put together very quickly; it's me playing around. And it's more like dubstep of glitchhop, not drum and bass; the was just the closest genre here.

Hey everyone! Welcome to my SoundClick band page. I'm Evan Barnes, the guy behind Hybrid Sphere, and I'm one of only two monarchs of Spoiler Nation (more to come on that in the futurrrre). I'm still developing my style and learning music theory, so don't be surprised when my style varies from song to song. This music project of mine has been going on since I was about 13 (now I'm 20), so a lot of the music on here is from years ago! My style has changed since then. Regardless, I hope you can find something that pleases you (in whatever way you want) while you're here!

Story behind the song
I've been learning to love samplers! All of the instruments in this are from samplers. The violin stabs are samples that I made and then threw into a sampler and mangled; the bass comes from several different bass sounds that I synthesized and then threw together into a single sampler and processed with some tape effects. I'm down with it! Using more samplers let's me create faster - this was all thrown together in about an hour.
