Story behind the song
Jerod had this piano riff which I liked and one day in between classes at law school I came home, quick wrote the words and then sang them in one take into a little analog cassette 4-track machine and that was it. I karaoke'd it a couple years later at my brother's wedding at his request while the new couple slow danced to it for the gathering, which is all caught on video. My wife cried the first time she heard this song, which was cool.
