I wrote this when I was 15, and I think it has wonderful lyrics for a writer so young, and a pleasant chord structure. It features the one and only guitar solo I have ever played onto a recording. Of course, it was an accident. I was jamming onto an empty track along with the music to get the controls on the recorder set. Upon listening to it back I noticed there was a note-for-note perfect guitar solo right where I needed one! It was a miracle. Although I am not the best singer by any means, it’s still a good listen.
