Story behind the song
Looking through some old notebooks I found these lyrics I wrote years ago and decided to write some music for them. I tried to keep the music simple and acoustic as to not get in the way of the lyrics. I think I am gonna try and record the vocals again and maybe add something else to this. Let me know what you think. All comments good or bad are welcome and appreciated.

Sitting here in the night,
Trying to see myself in the light,
Because I don’t know just what to feel,
Time goes by, you can’t stop it,
Can’t just hide away
these feelings I can’t explain,

Does anybody know just who I am?
Does anybody feel the same?

So I hide my tears behind the rain
So the night goes by and the day begins,
Sun rises over mountains high,
I see all the beauty and just sigh,
The things I thought were important then,
