Lighter is a three piece pop/rock band from San Diego, CA. With two CDs under their belt, and two more on the way, Lighter is known in Southern California for fun, high-energy shows and catchy, harmony-driven songs. Lighter is a model indie working band and despite recent line up changes, the band has played over 400 shows in the last 2 years. Besides being an exceptionally polite group of guys, they also have the amazing ability to furiously hop up and down on one leg while yelling, "I can blow mayonaise bubbles out my nose!!!" Billy King also once ate an entire loaf of bread in 5 minutes with nothing to drink (It's really hard...try it for yourself if you don't believe us).
