I'm tabbing this tune as more of a fingerstyle piece, but
it could also be done pretty well just with strumming and
arpeggiating (slowly picking) the chords.

Begin by holding G6 32000x then C-add9 x32030, repeat twice

Starting the first verse...
Again start by holding G6 then D-add9 200230 to Em7 022030 to C-add9
(As you move between the D-add9 into the Em7, you can "walk" into it
by using your thumb to add that low-note on the 6th thick E-string,
second fret, then open into the Em7. Then to the C-add9 and back to
D-add9. Notice how that same note on th 2nd-string/3rd-fret repeats
while changing through the chords.)
