Pretty rough. I dig the direction of the music and the vocals. I'm ready to add a harmony to it and some more background vocals. I dunno. What do you think?

At one point in time, My Screaming Beauty was a three man project. The members included myself (Mannon Wills - Vocals and Guitar), my brother Paulie (Paulie Su
My Screaming Beauty started out in many different forms. We were an acoustic two man piece at first, then I was solo, then it became a three-man piece (to include my two brothers), and now I'm solo once again. You can check out my brother Red's soundclick page. You can find him under Hellboi Productions. He's an amazing beat producer and he's got wonderful engineering skills. Either way, we wanted to stick out from most conventional hard rock bands. We did such by developing a lead bass, a rhythm bass, and a solid lead/rhythm guitar loop in our songs. It sounds really good and makes for some interesting live covers.

Story behind the song
Had been a long time since I wrote a song. Then I sat down, listened to the instrumental track a couple of times through and the lyrics just came to me.
Lyrics
Such a delicate flower / Liberty can be / She seems trapped in a winter / That only I can see / I want to hold her close / So her petals won't fall / But no matter how warm I keep her the wind is just too cold / Poor little blessed blossom that we all take for granted / She can never bloom too proud, not in the soil she's planted / How I long to nurture her yet she only weeps / As the kings just trample her while she crumbles under their feet / Every now and again I get the feeling something's wrong / With the way we've been doing things all along / I get the feeling that nobody cares about anything, anymore / So I say we stand up and settle the score / Poor tree of freedom, oh how frail and bleak you look / All the kings mocked you with every leaf that they took / Now the people have no shade to rest their weary hearts / From the torturous sunlight that still tears your limbs apart / Blinding is the radiance of the pompous ones who enslave / With venom on their breath they take your life away / I cannot take it much longer something has to fold / 'Cause your roots are in need of truth and the lies are growing older and older / repeat chorus
