Brett Clark, Singer/Songwriter Only, in search of a label.
New CD to be available August of 2007. Singer, songwriter Brett Clark has been involved with music in one way or another since he was a young boy. Growing up singing with the jukebox to Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash, Glen Campbell and many others in the tavern where he grew up, was where it all started. Although "Wichita Lineman" was his favorite song as a boy, he grew to admire the great Merle Haggard. Brett is a self taught drummer and guitarist from the age of 12. After drumming with a band in the early 90s, Brett decided to pick back up the guitar and start writing. After several songs were written over the years, Brett decided to start moving forward with his music. Brett's music is currently on radio stations throughout Europe, New Zealand, Sweden, Japan, The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Australia, Norway, Denmark, France, and Texas. Thanks to all the DJs, and everyone for listening.

Story behind the song
I wrote this song about a friend that I grew up with and had his life taken from him at a young age. His life was taken from him by a man he trusted, but didn't know. I was motivated by staring at his navy picture, which hangs on the wall in my music room. He was a true friend!
