Story behind the song

On a windy day (bad choice) they throw her ashes into the sky. Of course it blows all over everyone. As greiving widower guy is spitting a mouthfull his wifes ashes he notices something glimmering falling down. He tries to catch it but it hits him in the eye....A little later he feels like he can fly, but instead he feels it's safer to go for a drive (bad idea) He ends up near NCs outerbanks and decides to jump into the water...he should have waited...
