Members: Manuel Casas, vocals/guitars/rythm programming; Rosa Casas, vocals/keyboards; X-69, guitars and Luis Engelmo, bass. Musical tendencies: British pop-rock, British folk, ethnic music, especially Indian, Bulgarian and Arabic. Music from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance Similarities with bands such as Dead Can DAnce, The Cure, Christian Death, And Also the Treesâ They kept attending many national competitions of different kinds, reaching the first places in several of them. They gave concerts in a large number of halls in Madrid, as well as in other Spanish main cities, being of remarkable importance those given supporting the British band The Mission, in their Spanish tour, 1995. Story behind the song
Tema numero 10 del CD «Broken Pictures» (1996) Este tema es un lamento triste y pacifico sobre las matanzas de delfines que acontecen en los mares de nuestro planeta. Comienza con la calida voz de Manuel Casas, para ir anadiendose mas voces (Pedro Azpiri y Rosa Casas) a lo largo del tema, siguiendo la estructura del madrigal renacentista y barroco. Todas las voces repiten la misma triste frase una y otra vez, incidiendo en ella y calando en el oyente por su simplicidad profunda: «En los grises mares, los defines mueren» Finaliza el tema con un tremendo solo de guitarra de X-69, quien se une al lamento vocal, con una melodia igualmente sencilla y cargada de tristeza. En el CD, este tema procede de una union sin cortes con el tema anterior (Dusk to Dawn). Mucho mas que un mensaje simplemente ecologista. Nos llega el dolor de quien presencia la injusta muerte de esos seres hermosos, nobles y llenos de vida y confianza.
