Andrew Walcott, also known as Kisco, migrated from Jamaica to Toronto, Canada at the age of 15 with big dreams. Now signed to International P.A. Records Inc., Kisco has been in the studio recording his debut album “Words With Meaning”. With a perfect mixture of uplifting lyrics, urban drums, and electric guitars, his first single “Rich this year” is sure to find a broad audience. The song is very personal as he speaks of the struggles he has overcome and his future goals and aspirations. The single has already generated a buzz in the city after he performed on Rogers TVs’ ‘Toronto’s Talent’, with a follow-up interview by comedian star Quinn Martin. Kisco has also received a great response from live audience as they chanted his inspirational words along with him during his performances of “Rich this year” at the live-to-air music show ‘Roc Da Mic’. At the age of 17 Kisco found music as a way of expressing himself. He spent most of his days working hard at developing his talent and has worked with different artists all around the GTA such Ralz, Chops, Ghetto Concept, G5, General Too Smooth, Jay Diggs, Richie Rich, Drizzle and RK Parx. Acquiring airtime on local radio station CKLN 88.1 Kisco was invited for an interview with radio personality Ron Nelson. Kisco has shared the stage with names like G5, Stick Figga, Lindo P, Mayhem and Najjah to name a few. His acting debut took place in late 2009 where he was featured as a villain role in the Bollywood affiliated short film: Badd Astum, Directed by Sherzaad Entertainment and Family X United. This short film aired all over Asia and Middle East. With his album “Words With Meaning” set to be released in late 2010, Kisco is ready to showcase his talent with three singles, ready to be released in 2010 and two more early 2011.
