Story behind the song
I went to the rock festival in Stevens Point, Wi. circa 1969 and it turned out to be the second largest behind Woodstock. 350,000 music/party lovin folks and some great music! It ended a little rough with some gunplay but the hippies chased out the buzz killers. I'll never forget it. It was a time of music, free love and war.
