Pop/country track thats about 9 years old...somehow my voice came out really squeaky during the recording. I don't sing like this - range is considerably more limited nowadays. Enjoy.

Story behind the song
Me: This is the first song I wrote in full (words and music). I wrote it for my high school best friend and his college sweetheart at that time. The track was recorded in my room with the late great John Go on keyboards, and Johann Escanan on background vocals. The surreal part of it all was John met the Lord the day after this recording.
Lyrics
I wanna take this chance to celebrate the life we’ve had so far To thank you for being all that you are and for keeping my heart and my soul After all this time I still can’t believe you’re mine A fantasy turned to reality That’s what you’ll always be to me Wouldn’t have known this truth if I didn’t have you If I didn’t have you I wouldn’t know what to do Wouldn’t know where to start I wouldn’t know how to love If I didn’t have you I wouldn’t be where I’m now right here with you so happy and true If I didn’t have you Wouldn’t even wanna dream of a life without you beside me Could have wound up a very lonely fool or a ship sailing lost at sea Had it not been for you I’d still be waiting for a miracle just like snow falling on a summer day And still not find someone like you This much I know is true If I didn’t have you
