Singer Songwriter and Springsteen covers. Rock and pop 3 minute classics. A bit of electronica experimentation too.
I'm a singer-songwriter from Bristol. I used to play in a band called the Woods. They are also on Sounclick - find them and check them out!

Story behind the song
Well, that's double figures! March will have a bit of an epic feel about it, methinks. For starters, here's a nigh-on 10 minute 'orchestronic' journey for you to go on. I think it's worth investing the time. Just imagine this being blasted out by a symphony orchestra. Sadly, never gonna happen along with my idea of gene splicing a narwal and a horse to try and make a unicorn. Oh, well. I posted an earlier version of this song towards the arse-end of last year but this is the extended finished article, replete with 'gorgeous' strings ending (see, told you to listen to it all the way through!). The more observant will note that it shares some lyrics and ideas with 'Gotta go Back'. In essence, we can't explain everything in this world no matter how much we try (and that's a good thing in my book). sh*** can just happen for no reason at all - it's 'bigger than both of us'. The brain may power the motor but it's the heart who's boss (???!). But this is moreover a song about hope, recovery and renewal. Taking the mistakes and disasters in our lives and turning them on their head.
