F2F The Wait ( Single)
The Wait won many acclaims including emerging as Best Songwritng & Best English Lyric in the 2008 Malaysia Revival Songwriting Competition.
Time Out KL wrote about them, TV station (NTV7) interviewed them. Their magnetism lies in the composition of the band, a bunch of fun-loving, young and chirpy girls. Yea, an all girl band who is going all out to have fun and serious about their original music. This band stems with background of church grown musicians has successfully crossed over from gospel to pop music.
They are undeniable. Their presence cannot go unnoticeable not only they truly have the sweet good look, but their music has punches.
They often wow audience. I didnt know girls can play like that! is the usual comment flying around.
Ejane is the bassist, songwriter & the vocalist. Her warm and articulate voice will truly set you on the right tone. Standing at 5 feet 7, she could pass as model if not a singer-songwriter.
Chindian, Malay-Chinese, Chinese are the blend of the culture and background each band member brings to spice this band of 5.
Kershin is drummer. Yin Har the band leader & lead guitar. Adeline the electric guitar and Jane, the keyboardist who sometimes dubbed as lead vocal that brings you the Chinese rendition.
Their record label, Star Maker, has deliberately shed off the local production impression by engaging top notch music producer Sharon Paul and has invested heavily on recording and promoting the band.
The band is most popular with the local universities campus especially around Klang Valley. But their foot print can be found as far north as Alor Star and Malacca, and Moscow and China in the months to come in 2010.
