Acoustic Country.
Acoustic Guitar, folk/country/blues/ballad. Is that enough?
I am a Christian Singer/songwriter living in Scotland and have home-produced two CDs 'Me and Hymn' and 'Revelation'. My style ranges from folk/country to acoustic blues. My songs are a mixture of praise, self-witness and reflection. I have sold my CDs to family and friends but never shared my music outwith this community.

Story behind the song
A song for Karen. Christian Songwriters Moderator and a class act to boot! A devoted Christian and fellow songwriter, Karen has helped and inspired all who met with her on the board. it was Karen's idea to write a song for each other. I was 'drawn' to write on for her. Hopefully, the song will tug a few strings in her heart and have some sort of glimmer of resemblance to her life to her as a person and as a Christian. As they say at the best concerts "This one's for you Karen!" I hope I used the most meaningful references!
Lyrics
Karen’s Song Fallen Caryatid She aint tied to places She aint tied to things Memories are closer to her heart She don’t need possessions Don’t want no diamond rings A true Sicilian girl right from the start CHRS Sometimes she feels like a fallen caryatid Holding up that pillar on her own Thinkin’ ‘bout that road she took And all the things she did To get to where she is right now With Jesus, her family and her home …And her home She likes empty churches To be at one with God Singing to Him each and every day Prayin’ for the ones she loves And the ones the world forgot And all the friends who helped her on her way CHRS Karen sits with her dogs Her ‘angel’ and her ‘rock’ Feelin just like a Southern ‘Ma’m’ When she’s watchin’ movies No one’s allowed to talk Rhett Butler, well he don’t give a damn! CHRS X 2
