Your versatility never ceases to amaze me. It takes a special skill to perform a song that is stripped down to a vocalist and guitar, without any additional production. Your expression and delivery are always perfect, so it's no surprise that you have performed this track so brilliantly. Excellent writing, it reminds me a little of the kind of music that the Stereophonics are doing now...if I were you I'd send it to them, they may want to cover it! ;)

So much power and and raw beauty, with single acoustic guiitar and sincer vocals. I am looking at my new song which already has 40+tracks in Sonar and I feel humbled again.

The first comment I will make is what a great clear production, Mike..the guitar tone sounds great, and your vocal is SO clear..sometimes the best productions we make are the ones off the cuff, where we aren't really trying, but it comes out better than we ever thought it would.
I had to laugh at the last line of your song story about the torture medium(No, wait a minute, that is what MY music should be used for, LOL!!); although this is SO sad...and yet, I feel strong waves of anger through and through as I listen...this is a seriously angry song.
Fantastic job, Mike, and I mean that, sincerely.
Huge amounts of emotions whipsawing back and forth..yet underlined by that one emotion: anger at everything that's gone wrong, and figuring it's gone to far to go back.
These are my thoughts as I listen. It deserves MORE than 5 stars, Mike, that's for sure.

This one is extremely good i think.And,it just gets better and better each time i listen to it.
Your raw and powerful voice fits perfect over this.Very emotional and strong tune.
