Lyrics
'Swans' (C) 2010 ( A new version of 'A Song Of Swans' Music by Nadia Cripps (The Swan) Words and vocal by Richard Blum (rittmo') --- springtime is upon us longer days, buds beginning to bloom soon a rose, and then a tiger lilly the trees will be turning green their branches housing nests and though some have surmized the robins song initiates the rights of spring they I'm afraid would be wrong -- Allow me to introduce you to Rafeal and Renee two beautiful swans who meet in the middle of a lake they begin by dunking their heads under water and blowing water bubbles soon thereafter Rafeal is on top of Renee and gently pulls her neck out of the water you can hear them whistling a happy tune while synchronizing their movements cheek to cheek while walking on water -- This meeting of swans is no casual affair Rafael and Renee will mate for life as husband and wife and raise children who will one day find themselves in the middle of a lake with their mates to take and commense to whistle cheek to cheek walking on water to signal the coming of spring -- perhaps this is where the term necking comes from we should all be so lucky to spend our lives like swans celebrating love -- should either Rafael or Renee be taking ill, and perish they cherish each other so that one will pine by the other's side until they too shall die -- wouldn't it be grand if we could spend our lives as swans celebrating love wouldn't it be grand if we could spend our lives as swans celebrating love
