Not you're average emo band. My Inner Ashes is a little more hardcore. Their music is about love, death, and all that's beautiful.
My Inner Ashes is a punk/post hardcore band from the Sebring/ Beloit area of Ohio. We consist of four members: Franklyn Eugene Bycraft III (vocals), Brad Etto (guitar), Matt Steede (drums), and Dan Windland (bass). We have been together just about seven months now and have released a 7-track demo that is self titled and costs $5. We recorded at 609 Studios in Bedford Heights with Don Depew. We have played with many bands such as 7-10 split,The Degenerates, The Heroics, SOC, Surviving Autumn, Horizontal Stripes, SCAP, Parwana, Insult to Tradition, and more. Story behind the song
Matt wrote it about breaking up with his girlfrined and still liking her a lot and she still came around a lot and it was kinda weird not being able to do the normal things that you do when your dating them. And you wanna know if you'll ever get back together and how long it will be before you know {forever or not long at all}.
