Originally from Jackson, TN born and raised on Three Six Mafia, 8ball and MJG and Influenced on the Delta Blues. Tavares Askew started making beats and producing when he was 15. Recorded a his first album with a local rap group The Arsonist in 1995. After Tavares graduated High school he enlisted into the US AIr Force where he met Tavaron Marshall, Jay Davis And Brad Nelms they formed a group called the Corporation, they recorded only one CD due to military movements the group was separated but still remained in touch over the years. Tavares formed his own company Monsta Music and first but decided to change the name to Payne Street Music to have a marketable name.
