Another old blues song with Rich Matthews on lead guitar and I think Sam Dines, our usual sound engineer on congas.

Alternative Acoustic Blues
Now living in Stafford, I'm a solo acoustic blues player and employee in the world's best loved chain of coffee houses. After playing harmonica in a number of not-terribly-good bands in the hotbed of live music that was rural mid-wiltshire in the 1990s (no really!) I spent a year working my way around Australia, went to University and somewhere along the way went from playing chicago-style blues harmonica to Son House inspired slide guitar. I also sing and play guitar and harmonica in the electric blues group .44 pistol

Story behind the song
I was digging through some old files looking for stuff to work on and I came upon this finished track we recorded at what was supposed to be a .44 Pistol session in May, where we unfortunately couldn't all manage to get the time off (by coincidence the song we named the band after...). We ended up with myself and Rich working on some acoustic stuff, with mixed results. This doesn't really fit what the Pistols do, but I thought I'd pop it up here as it's generally pretty good sounding.
