I was strumming on the acoustic one day and came up with this piece. The lyrics just kinda rolled out with the first line and since I do like to pull out my old records, decided to center the lyrics around listening to old records. I pieced it together and it sat around awhile and Wilma sang the lyrics and I added the guitar lead and called it a day. I used Beta Monkey drum loops, Martin DXK2 acoustic guitar, Guild B4E acoustic bass (sold due to the booming economy) and MXL microphones with M-Audio interface and Garageband software.
