TIMEA (aka Timea Walker/Timea Szasz) is a Hungarian-born Composer, Singer-Songwriter, Multi-Instrumentalist and Music Producer. She has hundreds of original pieces of music to her name to date, 40+ of which are featured here. These are some of her older recordings she self-produced throughout the years in a wide range of genres, using various music production equipment. She composes in a variety of styles ranging from Pop, Folk, Synth and Film Music, to Game & Soundtrack, Beats & Instrumentals, Classical and many more. Some of her pieces are rich in Central and Eastern European elements, while others incorporate musical touches from across the globe. When it comes to songs, Timea likes to combine pop with traditional Hungarian themes, multiple part vocal harmonies and lyrics inspired by her life events.

Story behind the song

I was discovering my new sound module - Proteus VX - when I found some lovely sounds that inspired me.... Once I got the Pizzicato-background and the very first melody line going the rest was already playing in my head waiting to be recorded. I spent about an hour composing the song; the rest of the time went with finding the right instruments (that normally takes up most of the time especially now as I have another load of new ones) and mixing.
The more I got into it the more this image of a virtual little girl carrying a bucket crystallized in my head. The main melody line represents the first little girl with a little longer than shoulder length, slightly wavy blond hair, big smile, blue sparkly eyes, bare feet, blue dress and blue medieval peasant hat as she walks towards the well with a wooden bucket. Her footsteps follow the rhythm of every first, second, third, and sometimes fourth beat of each bar. The second instrument (Oboe) represents the second little girl walking towards the well from another direction. She is slightly taller than the first one, has ginger hair, a few freckles, green dress, green eyes (the rest is the same). The third little girl (Alto Flute) comes in from a third direction; she is the tallest of all 3 of them, has brown hair, brown eyes, red dress and medieval peasant hat (the rest is the same as the other two). When their Lite Motifs are playing together their paths unite, they join hands forming a circle and start dancing in front of the well. Then they line up horizontally. The first and second little girl move to the well (melody + Oboe); the smaller one hooks the bucket on the rope of the well and they pull up a bucket of water together. The first girl moves back to the horizontal line and swaps places with the third girl (Oboe & Flute) who helps the second girl pull up the bucket. Then the second girl steps back and the first little girl helps the third one. The bucket seems to be stuck and is very heavy, so another hand is needed.... All 3 of them are pulling up the water bucket...or at least they think they are; all look at each other shocked when they see the end of the rope and realise the last bucket is gone.... :O
