Story behind the song
This song originally stemmed from the chorus guitar riffs in E minor. Bob (lead gtr) saw potential in the riff when I first tripped upon it by accident. Eventually Josh (drums) wrote a bangin' riff to it (note ring action during chorus). A bridge seemed fit with subtle piano action and the song could not live w/o slide guitar on verses 1 and 2...hence, the evolution of G major.
