Story behind the song
Attention fans of "Bloom County". Ooop, AAACk, Thppft! Years ago heavy metal giants "Death Tounge" Changed their name to "Billy and The Boingers" and adopted a lighter more radio freindly pop sound. The Writer of Bloom County had a contest to write a theme song for "Billy and the Boingers". This was Brown and Garrett's... entry for that contest. We did not win. I believe we were robbed. The actual winner wrote a heavy metal song. Doesn't make sense, the contest was to write a song for "Billy and the Boingers" not "Death Tounge".
