Story behind the song

I was listening to the Canton Spirituals "Memories" song and I pulled out the 7 piano drops in the song (they are all less than a sec a piece).  I played them all together until I came up with a pattern I liked :)  I made this beat using the MPC 1000, Pro Tools 8 & the Motif 6 keyboard.
