Story behind the song
No story. Just two main phrase groups within one large section that plays twice. The second time it plays, it does so with a lot of melodic, rhythmic, and harmonic variation.
The feel I'm trying to get is a mixture of something vaguely Italian mixed with a sad ballad type song you'd hear a Cowboy sing at the campfire with his acoustic guitar...cheesy imagery, but it fits.
