Here is a "spoof" on the Led Zeppelin song, "Going to California". I re-wrote the lyrics to describe going up north to our camp on 16 Mile Lake for Labor Day Weekend.

My name is Bryan James Benson and this band page consists of songs I have mostly written and created myself, with the exception of some drum tracks laid down by
I personally have been throwing song ideas together for the last 6 years or so and have decided to play, record, and mixdown a lot of this material into "first draft" songs, allowing more time to write and record vs. spending countless man hours on touching up and mastering them myself in my basement studio, by which I am somewhat of an amateur at these processes! Thus, my songs are currently more like an open highway with room to veer to either side at any time in the future. Just a little piece of my mind displayed to you, the grand and noble song listener!

Story behind the song
My brother John and I came up with new lyrics to spoof a yearly Labor Day party we have at our camp on 16 mile lake near Munising, MI.
Lyrics
Spent my days with a turkie pie, smoked my stuff and drank all my Busch Light.
