Story behind the song
This is a new English version of Bruch's beautifully contemplative early work, now sadly neglected. The version is prepared using EastWest sample software, although Susan Young from English National Opera is the soprano soloist, recorded live. Score and parts are available from Breitkpof and Hartel. The music is PD but the English words are copyright
