Sön was to be given a spot in Country Music's Hall of Fame, but it was simply too small, so a new Hall Of Fame only for Sön is being raised these days in Sön's hometown Trondheim, Norway. Sön is often asked by artists like Dolly Parton, Garth Brooks and Glen Campbell to do cover versions of their songs but Sön always declines their wishes as he considers them to be too lightweight in the world of country music and as he only wants to perform songs he has written himself.
