Story behind the song
In the absence of a readily available full score, this is Part 4 of my virtual recreation of Mendelssohn's late work Hymn Op. 96 in a new English version. This led to a first performance and the revival in the UK of an unjustly neglected minor work by Mendelssohn in the year of his 250th anniversary. I am very proud of this achievement and further performances are being sought. Score and parts are available from me via my email address.
