Story behind the song
I bought a used synthesizer in '95, and it has a beat and bass which when manipulated and slowed down, and mixed with an acoustic guitar riff, sounded to me like the background to a Ravi Shankar raga. Over that I put a calliope lead, and double voiced that. I enjoyed playing it so much and for so long each day, that I finally hooked up the synthesizer directly into the my tape cassette machine and improvised for fifteen or twenty minutes. I have edited it down to 10 minutes for Soundclick use.
