Story behind the song

some 30 years ago I cut the end from a motorcycle steer to get me a slide... I tried a couple of times and put the thing away almost instantly  :)  It didn't work for me.
Today I tried again after a long time...  using my Stagg Tele, Fender Cybertwin and off course the motorcycle steer-slide
