This is kind a spacey tune which after playing guitar and adding vocals, I added bass, keys, electric guitar and my daughter played flute. It's a dreamy kind of piece.

Story behind the song
It's about someone sitting on a front porch playing guitar for their 'baby.'
Lyrics
My Baby Knows I Care (Rhoades) The clock is ticking and there’s thunder in the air And she asked me for a song So my baby knows I care I just can’t write it down but scent is in the air The song is lost on the wind But my baby knows I care There’s rolling by of cars And there’s magic cause she’s there And she’s sitting next to me And my baby knows I care I just can’t write it down but scent is in the air The song is lost on the wind But my baby knows I care I just can’t write it down but scent is in the air The song is lost on the wind But my baby knows I care copyright 2003
