My name is Adam Thorton, I am 16, and an aspiring musician. I have been writing songs since I was about 14 and recording songs since I was about 11. I have been trying to make a real effort to get myself to sound as best as I can, and the songs on the fallowing pages are the result. With each one I am learning something new, and (I think) getting a little better as they go. I hope one day I can make it into the buisness, whether it be through producing, or performing myself. I had a hand full of letters I wrote that I needed to send. A bus that moved real fast drove by me and I lost them to the wind. Now I guess I'll never get to apologize to that one friend. Blasted conscience who conned science don't start up again. I know that I screwed up pretty bad but my patience just wore thin. The angel and death dude on my shoulder just sat there 'till the one with horns chimed in. Don't be silent. Wreck their life and let them go. Throw a great big fit and make sure their demise is nice and slow. Then the other guy says "Wait a minute, no! Not goodbye, hello!" The letter that I wrote had graveling dripping out the envelopes flap. The words were mudded from the tears that fell from my eyes to the notepad in my lap. I should have seen the right thing but the anger blinded me and sent me walking into a trap. Mmm, you know it's hard to see all the good through a little bit of misery. But when you do, You'll save youself the bull crap and the melodramatics too. Don't be silent. Wreck their life and let them go. Throw a great big fit and make sure their demise is nice and slow. Then the other guy says "Wait a minute, no! Not goodbye, hello!"
